- Drive sales for Agri Clutch in India
- Lead and manage a team of 4 high-performing sales professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and execute strategies for channel management, including dealer and distributor network expansion & products penetration.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive market engagement and customer relationship management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Your profile as Sales Manager - Agri-clutch:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mech/Automobile engineering (preferred) or Graduate
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 10+ years in Sales of Aftermarket Tractor Parts(Engine, Clutch, Transmission..etc)
Proven track record in sales within the auto component industry, with strong exposure to Tractor Clutch business - Leadership experience in managing a team of confirmed performers.
- Expertise in channel management, dealer/distributor network handling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Go-getter attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
