About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Quality team in Chassis plant located in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou.
What you can look forward to as Customer Quality Engineer:
- Quality planner for new projects (Quality target definition, APQP planning, quality gate review, launch readiness, supplier readiness, GP12, customer release...)
- Customer approval for mass production change.
- Customer audits and follow-up, CSR evaluation and negotiation.
- Customer complaint handling and problem solving with the team.
- Quality target definition for new project.
- Cross-functional activities. (meetings, workshops…), Sample quality assurance.
- Lessons learnt for new projects.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Your Profile as Customer Quality Engineer:
- Bachelor degree or above, Min.3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing enterprises.
- Project quality, quality planning or customer quality experience is required.
- Fluent in both written and oral English.
- Problem solving skills, communication skills, Teamwork.
