What you can look forward to as Finance Analyst:
- Create and align the Planning and Forecast-Calendar with ZF Group Calendar
- Statutory finance tasks: reports and analyses under Local GAAP
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the data quality in planning, forecast, actual and reports under local GAAP
- Prepare analyses and presentations for meetings
- Responsible for the yearly/monthly update of the DI-Project Planning and -Forecast for the Business Unit ZC
- Trouble shooting by reporting issues in Forecast and Planning
- Maintenance of the Plan-Actual Mapping
- Substitution for Master Data Management and Reporting
- Weekly update of the data for the Project finder
Your profile as Finance Analyst:
- University studies: Finance, Accountability, Economics, Financial Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling and Reporting
- Accounting experience, basic experience in dealing with audits and compliance activities
- Tools: ZP1 SAP-ERP / ZP2 SAP-BW / Excel
- Additional systems: FACT, ZP8
- Experience working with: forecasting, planning, Master Data Management, cost controlling, OPEX/CAPEX, month-end and year-end closing
- Advance knowledge of: reporting, Power BI, invoices, budgets, cost and margin analysis.
- Soft skills: communicative, reliable, committed
- Languages: English, German would be a plus
