About the Team:

The Maintenance Supervisor directs and manages all maintenance and facilities for the plant. This position ensures timely, safe, and effective production through equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and rapid response to unplanned events. The role partners closely with production teams, engineering, and plant leadership to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), maximize equipment availability and uptime, and support new equipment installation and facility needs.


What you can look forward to as Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Direct all maintenance activities and supervise a team of maintenance members across shifts to support manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime and production impact.
  • Lead preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs focused on reliability improvement.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and production lines.
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
  • Oversee all facility maintenance activities, including building systems, utilities, and grounds.
  • Develop and improve maintenance processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Control maintenance costs while maintaining high equipment reliability and performance.


Your profile as Maintenance Supervisor: 

  • High School Diploma required, (Bachelors degree preferred) 
  • 6-8+ years of progressive maintenance experience, including at least 4+ years supervisory or leadership responsibility in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and shifts.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of commonly used maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Expert-level knowledge of machining, production processes, and machine maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and related applications.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
