About the Position
The Portfolio Finance Team Lead is responsible for consolidating performance and profitability data across factory operations, engineering, and SG&A. This information is transformed into customer-, product-, and portfolio‑level analyses, supporting strategic plans, operating plans, actual results, and forecasts.
What you can look forward to as the Team Lead- Finance/Portfolio:
- Leading divisions consolidation and analysis of profitability by product, customer and portfolio
- Delivery of profitability analysis to divisional leadership, customer and portfolio teams also supporting divisional reporting to corporate teams
- Key individual in creation of financial models for strategic plan, including analysis of variations
- Consolidation and translation of detailed factory operating plans to generate portfolio and product level analysis
Your profile as Team Lead- Finance/Portfolio:
- 6-8+ years’ experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Accounting or Finance degree required.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Must be detail oriented with an attitude for continuous improvement.
- Self-Starter with attention to detail, able to organize activities and meet deadlines. Advanced Excel skills, problem solving, and proven interpersonal and communication skills are key.
- Manufacturing environment experience, as well as knowledge of costing for different manufacturing processes a plus.
