MP&L Industrial Engineer, BlueOval Battery Park Michigan

The MP&L Industrial Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and sustaining end-to-end material flow systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operations. This role leads the integration of lean manufacturing principles, industrial engineering methods, and advanced logistics strategies across receiving, warehousing, line-side delivery, and shipping operations while supporting ERP/SAP systems, engineering change management (ECM), launch readiness, labor standards, and automation initiatives.
