Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
Configure risk statements, controls, indicators, assessments, and policy attestations.
Implement and manage GRC data models, including risk registers, control libraries, and policy hierarchies.
Design and configure reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for GRC metrics and KPIs.
Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
Support upgrade activities, perform impact analysis, and ensure platform stability post‑upgrade.
Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, audit, and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and root cause analysis.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.
