Overview
The role Sr. Demand Planner of Key account for Crocs, Inc is responsible for driving accurate, actionable demand plans for key customers by integrating sell-out trends, partner inventory, order books, and merchandising strategies. The role acts as the planning anchor between Merchandising, Commercial, Supply Planning, and Key accounts
What You'll Do
- Drive accurate sell-in revenue plans by translating sell-out forecasts and partner inventory, Customer Orders for continuous improvement in Key Account Planning processes, including adoption and effective use of o9 planning solutions.
- Manage in-season demand execution, including replenishments, edits, and cancels based on projected inventory and sell-through.
- Communicate regularly with key customers to review performance, forecasts, inventory health, and future opportunities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key account partners, Merchandising, Commercial, and Supply Planning teams.
- Track partner inventory levels, OTB, sell-through, and order bookings to ensure end-to-end supply chain health.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, key account planning, commercial planning, or sales & operations planning within retail/FMCG.
- Background knowledge in Power BI and Power Query, with the ability to model, transform, and analyze large datasets • Strong understanding of seasonal merchandise planning across pre-season and in-season horizons.
- Highly analytical and structured, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets, identify trends and risks, and translate insights into clear, actionable planning recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Commercial, Supply Planning, and Customers to align forecasts, inventory strategies, and financial targets.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and communicate forecast assumptions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
