Key Responsibilities
- Encompass HR processes at MTA, as well, provide HR guideline to internal clients aligned to plant staff structure.
- E2E process for new salaried employees
- Provide C&B and org design structure guideline to assigned internal clients.
- Close communication with plant talent to ensure and develop talent pipeline according to talent actions defined.
- Land HR projects and assist HRM for plant activities.
- Provide Labor Relations guideline and/or monitoring labor relations framework to assure a standardized environment.
