Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Places product on conveyor belts, in pouches, on boards or on freezer trays.
- Weigh fish for correct ounce size.
- Trim product with knife according to SOP.
- Pin-bone product (make sure there are no bones in product).
- Packages fresh or fresh frozen fish to be shipped or stored for further processing.
- Folds and prepares shipping and customer boxes by hand.
- Tapes, labels, and palletizes boxes for shipping or storage.
- Cleans machines as required.
- Completes documentation needed for traceability.
