Job Description

  • The role includes supporting operational HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, maintaining employee data, and working closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Prepare employment agreements and support new hire onboarding. 
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes. 
  • Handle onboarding processes for contractors, interns, and external employees.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees. 
  • Support employee transfer processes and system status updates. 
  • Work closely with employees and managers throughout HR processes.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and trackers 
    Perform data validation and identify gaps between systems. 
  • Manage operational HR processes related to employee records and permissions. 
  • Support process improvement initiatives within HR Operations. 
  • Generate ongoing and monthly reports for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
  • Work closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and managers. 
  • Support offboarding processes, including access termination and equipment coordination. 
  • Provide operational support to employees and managers.
