Prepare employment agreements and support new hire onboarding.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle onboarding processes for contractors, interns, and external employees.
Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.
Support employee transfer processes and system status updates.
Work closely with employees and managers throughout HR processes.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and trackers
Perform data validation and identify gaps between systems.
Manage operational HR processes related to employee records and permissions.
Support process improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
Generate ongoing and monthly reports for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
Work closely with Payroll, Finance, IT, and managers.
Support offboarding processes, including access termination and equipment coordination.
Provide operational support to employees and managers.
