Job Description

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 

  • Market and Product Knowledge: 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. 

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our IT consultancy services and solutions. 

  • Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. 

  • Use CRM software to manage and document sales activities and client interactions. 

  • Experience: 

  • Minimum 1 Year in a Sales/Client facing role, Preferably Tele Sales 

  • Have a genuine Interest in Technolgy 

  • Actively wants to progress in Sales and push career forward. 

  • Skills: 

  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Customer Focus: Understands and addresses client needs and expectations effectively.
