Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using a mix of talent branding, direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, social media, and internal talent pools.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, ensure effective hiring strategies, and deliver on agreed hiring metrics.
  • Use data, analytics, and reporting to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support high-volume hiring initiatives and weekend recruitment drives
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of technology and digital skill sets, particularly in Testing and Digital Engineering domains.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters hold team members accountable for both quantitative and qualitative performance outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor insights to ensure recruitment strategies remain competitive and innovative.
  • Leverage data and technology to enhance recruitment efficiency and deliver superior results.
