Job Description
Strive Global is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and promotional activities. Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and organization of corporate, promotional, and community events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and materials management.
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Maintain event records, schedules, and project documentation.
- Help monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide on-site support during events and address operational needs as they arise.
- Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
