Job objective - Domestic Rail/Road movement at DPMT includes ensuring smooth Rail/Road Operations in coordination with all the stakeholders viz. railways, transporter & all domestic end clients, ensuring timely delivery, faster TAT of rakes and trailers for timely delivery of containers - last mile. Inventory is to be maintained and ensure containers are loaded in sound conditions for outbound rakes within stipulated time. Daily MIS to be prepared and sent to all stakeholders. Responsibility for timely and faster evacuation of containers, Operation management, Cost saving, Customer services, Data Integrity, process improvement and safety & statutory compliance.
