May conduct internal investigations as assigned.
May serve as an internal expert on facility policies and procedures.
Inspects the facility and grounds at shift change to ensure area is secure, doors are locked, areas are clean, reports any problems to shift supervisor.
May perform minor maintenance or housekeeping activities and make a report.
May complete inventory checklists or other similar work.
Answers phone, directs calls, takes messages, and provides referrals to the general public regarding questions about services.
Conducts fire and tornado drills as scheduled; assists in ensuring the safety of clients.
