Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR the Sr. HRBP is responsible for provides strategic HR business partnership to functional and senior leaders (India and APAC region), acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and advocate for associates. This role partners closely with leadership to translate business strategy into people and organization solutions, including organization design, talent planning, performance management, associate engagement, and culture. The Senior HR Business Partner operates with a strong business orientation, leveraging data, Voice of Customer (VOC), and Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools to drive sustainable results while fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
This position is part of the Human Resource department located in Mumbai and requires on‑site presence a minimum of three days per week, including time at the OpCo head office and manufacturing sites. Travel of up to 25% domestically and internationally is expected, based on business needs.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Strategic Planning & Organizational Effectiveness
- Partner with leaders to assess business challenges and opportunities through data, VOC, and direct engagement (e.g., GEMBA).
- Develop and execute integrated talent and organization plans aligned to business strategy, Veralto HR priorities, and OpCo objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify gaps, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with leaders to design and support change management strategies that accelerate business transformation.
- Anticipate future talent and capability needs based on strategy, market dynamics, and operational requirements.
Talent Management & Development
- Lead talent processes for assigned client groups (e.g., performance, succession, development, and workforce planning).
- Partner with leaders to accelerate readiness for critical roles, with particular focus on manufacturing and operations‑critical positions.
- Develop and maintain deep insight into organizational talent to inform development, internal movement, and succession decisions.
- Support leaders in building strong leadership pipelines and attracting diverse external talent.
Consulting, Coaching & Leader Enablement
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders by providing guidance on people, organization, and culture-related matters.
- Provide strategic counsel to leaders on organizational, talent, and people challenges, grounded in a strong understanding of the business context.
- Coach leaders to effectively address talent and organizational challenges, including capability gaps, workforce transitions, and leadership effectiveness.
- Influence business decisions by integrating talent considerations into growth initiatives, transformations, and market expansion efforts.
- Enable leaders to execute HR and talent processes consistently and effectively.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as an employee advocate, supporting positive associate relations and effective issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment practices, and company policies.
- Champion Veralto and OpCo culture, reinforcing trust, engagement, inclusion, and accountability.
Continuous Improvement & Enterprise Collaboration
- Drive execution of people and organization priorities using VES tools, problem-solving processes (PSP), and Kaizen.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR service partners to deliver consistent, high-quality HR solutions.
- Share best practices across Veralto operating companies and functions.

III. Qualifications
- Post graduate degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices relevant to India.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and HR Centers of Excellence; experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
