The opportunity:
Reporting into the Sr Manager Global Supply Chain, you will develop and manage production plans to ensure on-time delivery (OTD), optimize inventory, and respond to customer demand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement through the application of Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Delft (Monday to Friday).
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory
Coordinate with production teams to ensure effective execution of plans and smooth communication of production orders
Monitor KPIs and production performance, identifying risks and taking proactive actions to avoid delays
Apply data-driven and structured problem-solving to analyze issues, identify root causes, and improve planning processes
Drive continuous improvement by stabilizing processes, supporting automation, and increasing the use of planning systems and data
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience in production planning
Initial experience in production planning / manufacturing environment (industry can be flexible)
Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred but not mandatory
Experience working with planning tools and basic analytical methods (e.g., ABC classification, 80/20 analysis)
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables); advanced features like macros are a plus but not required

De functie:
Rapporterend aan de Sr. Manager Global Supply Chain ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beheren van productieplanningen om een tijdige levering (OTD) te garanderen, voorraden te optimaliseren en te voldoen aan de klantvraag. Je werkt nauw samen met cross-functionele teams om continue verbeteringen te realiseren door middel van de toepassing van Veralto Enterprise System (VES)-tools.
Dit is een fulltime, on-site functie in Delft (maandag t/m vrijdag).
In deze rol ziet een typische werkdag er als volgt uit:
Ontwikkelen en beheren van dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse productieplanningen op basis van vraag, capaciteit en voorraad
Samenwerken met productieteams om de uitvoering van plannen te waarborgen en productieorders effectief te communiceren
Monitoren van KPI’s en productieprestaties, risico’s signaleren en proactief acties ondernemen om vertragingen te voorkomen
Toepassen van data-gedreven en gestructureerde probleemoplossing om afwijkingen te analyseren en processen te verbeteren
Continu verbeteren van planningsprocessen door stabilisatie, automatisering en beter gebruik van systemen en data
Minimale vereisten:
Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistiek of een vergelijkbare richting, óf gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring in productieplanning
Eerste ervaring in productieplanning of een productie-/manufacturingomgeving
Goede beheersing van het Engels; Nederlands is een pré maar geen vereiste
Ervaring met planningssystemen en basis analysemethoden (bijv. ABC-classificatie, 80/20-analyse)
Goede kennis van Microsoft Excel (formules, draaitabellen); kennis van geavanceerde functies zoals macro’s is een plus maar niet vereist
