Job Description
What You Will Do
- coordinate client engagements, including meetings, demos, workshops, and the preparation of tailored presentations and sales materials to banking services clients
- align agendas and communication across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and consistent messaging
- maintain and update CRM data (SAP Sales Cloud), ensuring accurate tracking of client information, sales opportunities, and pipeline status
- manage proactive follow-ups on sales activities, support proposal and contract preparation, and ensure proper documentation and archiving
- compile and structure sales figures, KPIs, and client insights to support reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement
