Production Supervisor - Robotics

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor specializing in Robotics to oversee the planning, scheduling, and supervision of robotic production operations. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively supervise team members operating robotic systems and drive continuous operational improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule robotic production flow to meet project deadlines and optimize efficiency.

• Supervise and lead robotics operators, providing guidance, support, and training.

• Continuously improve robotic cell efficiency through vendor collaboration and industry research.

• Champion preventive maintenance programs for robotic cells to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and logistics teams to resolve production issues.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities, maintenance logs, and performance metrics.

• Report and manage machine uptime, efficiency, quality, and production KPIs.

• Coordinate day and night shift operations.

• Promote safety awareness and compliance in all robotic operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in robotics production within an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

• In-depth knowledge of robotic systems, programming, and automation technology.

• Experience with production planning and scheduling methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and operational troubleshooting abilities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and best practices for industrial robots.

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.

• Full-time on-site position located in Greensburg, LA.
