Starting Pay $2,038.46 bi-weekly or $53,000.00 annually |Higher depending on exp. and education.

IMPOWER is seeking a Residential Manager to lead operations at The Grove, our adolescent residential substance abuse treatment program serving youth ages 13-17. In this role, you will lead a team of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and work alongside clinical professionals to create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment that supports meaningful change in the lives of the individuals we serve. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and daily oversight of residential operations and staff
- Supervise, coach, and develop Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
- Manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage 24/7
- Respond to and manage crisis situations using sound judgment and de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with clinical teams, families, and external partners (DCF, case managers, courts, etc.)
- Coordinate medical needs, appointments, and transportation as required
- Monitor facility operations, safety, and maintenance needs
- Review and approve timecards, attendance, and payroll-related documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EHR, reports, logs, etc.)
- Support budget awareness and operational efficiency
- Model professionalism, accountability, and trauma-informed care in all interactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of case management experience
- Florida BHT Certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire)
- Experience in substance abuse and /or mental health treatment preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call
- Successfully complete a Level II background screening, local law check, and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
