About the role
As a Manufacturing Line Operator, you will work on the production floor in a regulated, process‑driven environment, supporting daily manufacturing schedules while following strict quality and safety standards.
This role is a fixed term summer position with final working dates as 31st of August 2026.
This role suits someone who is:
Comfortable with hands‑on, routine production work
Reliable, detail‑focused and safety‑conscious
Happy working to defined procedures and schedules
What you'll do
Operate production and/or test equipment
Follow GMP, safety rules and standard operating procedures
Meet daily production targets with guidance from your Supervisor
Record production data accurately using approved systems
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as required
Support training of new team members when needed
Contribute to continuous improvement activities
What we're looking for
Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills
A positive, flexible attitude and strong attention to detail
Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments (e.g. medical device, pharma, food, automotive) is beneficial.
