Role Summary:
We are looking for an Affiliate & Social Outreach Lead with a strong Agency background to build and scale our partner ecosystem. Unlike a traditional PR role, this position focuses heavily on the operational excellence of partnerships—specifically managing the end-to-end lifecycle of brand collaborations, from airtight legal paperwork to precise payment reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational & Legal Management
Draft, negotiate, and manage partnership contracts, ensuring all Brand Safety and Intellectual Property (IP) clauses are met.
Standardize the onboarding process for new affiliates and creators to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Maintain a centralized database of all active agreements, ensuring renewals and terminations are handled proactively.
2. Financial Oversight
Own the monthly commission and flat-fee payment process: from tracking performance data to generating invoices and coordinating with the Finance department.
Conduct regular audits of affiliate traffic and social conversions to prevent fraud and ensure "Return on Ad Spend" (ROAS) accuracy.
Troubleshoot payment discrepancies with partners to maintain high retention and trust.
3. Strategic Brand Outreach
Act as the primary bridge between the Brand and external partners, ensuring all communication reflects the brand’s voice and professional standards.
Identify, vet, and recruit high-tier affiliates and social creators using data-driven tools.
Manage the delivery of creative briefs and ensure partners meet their posting deadlines and contractual obligations.
Requirements
Background: 3-5 years of experience in an Agency environment (Account Management, Operations, or Affiliate Marketing).
Process-Oriented: A "systems thinker" who loves creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for paperwork and payments.
Contract Savvy: Basic understanding of marketing law, usage rights, and performance-based compensation models.
Data Literacy: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking payments and performance metrics.
Tools: Experience with affiliate platforms is a major plus.
