Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor)

Location: Abbott Diagnostics Korea HR (Yongin)

Working hour: 9 to 6 (flexible working hours available)

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Recruitment Process Management

  • Manage recruitment status data and maintain up-to-date hiring dashboards
  • Screen applicant resumes based on job-specific qualification criteria
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers
  • Operate recruitment channels (job posting, exploring additional platforms, and direct sourcing)
  • Align hiring needs and recruitment direction with relevant departments heads
  • Lead new hire onboarding processes and manage all onboarding documentation
  • Facilitate recruitment-related communication with global HR and cross-functional teams
  • Talent acquisition branding activities

2. HR Operations Support

  • Manage HR-related data and perform HR system updates
  • Support scheduling and coordination of new hire training programs
  • Manage mandatory compliance training (monitor target participants and track completion status)

3. Qualification

  • Recruitment experience - must
  • English (email only, not necessary for speaking)

- 면접 일정 조율

- 채용 채널 운영 (공고 게시, 추가 채널 발굴, 다이렉트 소싱)

- 유관 부서와 채용 방향성 조율

- 신규 입사자 온보딩 진행 및 입사서류 관리

- 글로벌 HR 및 관련 부서 간 채용 관련 이메일 커뮤니케이션

- 채용 브랜딩 활동

2. 인사 운영 지원

- 인사관련 데이터 관리 및 시스템 업데이트

- 신규 입사자 교육일정 운영 지원

- 법정 의무 교육 관리(교육 대상자 확인, 이수 현황 관리)

3. Qualification

- 채용담당 실무경험자

- 대졸자

- 영어 이메일 가능 자
