Sr. Manager, Executive Operations

The Sr Manager, Executive Operations serves as a strategic operational partner to the SVP & GM of the SiC Business Unit, supporting leadership alignment, executive communications, operating cadence, and cross-functional coordination across the division. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and helps drive organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. The position partners closely with the GM and senior leadership team to improve communication flow, strategic planning coordination, accountability, and execution follow-through while supporting a more integrated “team of teams” operating model across the business.
