Short Description: The position is a visionary and results-driven Director of Hardware Team to lead our end-to-end hardware development organization. This role will oversee a comprehensive hardware team encompassing hardware development, PCB layout design, mechanical structure & thermal simulation, hardware testing, and NPI (New Product Introduction) product engineering. The Director will be responsible for setting the hardware technology strategy, building and developing a high-performing team, driving product innovation, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality hardware products that align with the company’s business goals.
