HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst will serve on the Oracle HCM Cloud HRIS team and provide valuable insight to the configuration and design of the system.  You will specialise in continuous process and systems improvements for the global Human Resources (HR) organisation. As a member of the HRIS team, you will interact closely with HR business groups globally including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Benefits, and Compensation, and other internal and external partners. This individual will focus on functional and technical foundational work related to our HR applications and strategic projects impacting Human Resources globally.
