About You
- 8+ years’ HR experience as HRBP and/or HR Manager
- Experience within a matrix organization and multinational environments
- Experience in Direct Sales Company, Luxury brands, Sports Sector
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, in an autonomous and independent way
- Experience in working with HR ERP systems, SAP/Successfactors, is nice to have
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills; able to listen to and persuade others based fast on sound logic
- Business Acumen and an ability to understand a P&L and a scientific approach to sales
- Approach “facts-based” and “data-driven”
- Project management and execution skills
- Confidentiality, transparency, and analytical approach
