About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.
What you should bring:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 6 years’ experience in an international business partnering role.
- Previous experience of 5 years in industries with complex organizational structures, such as luxury products (non-clothing), technology, and health.
- Experience in HR management for retail channel (retail luxury selling ceremonies), e-commerce, and direct sales.
- In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HR analytics tools/software is a plus.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
