What You Should Bring
- First experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solution Consulting, Personal Trainer in a premium environment or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience working with digital platforms, SaaS solutions, integrations, or technology-based products is highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers
- Experience delivering training sessions, onboarding, or customer support both online and onsite
- Willingness to travel regularly for onsite customer meetings, onboarding, and training sessions (approximately 50% working from home and 35% visiting customers in Victoria and 15% traveling to SA, TAS)
