What You Bring:
- Relevant tertiary degree and proven experience in a similar senior sales leadership role
- Experience leading and managing a sales network or national sales team
- Strong experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- A consultative selling approach, with solid sales methodologies and training capability
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Authentic, empathetic leadership style that inspires the team, your colleagues and customers
