Prepare draft pricing agreements, responses to proposals, and manages communication with customers during the RFP and contracting process.
Ensure all contracts are reviewed, red-lined and revised for compliance. Work with business and legal teams on contract term updates.
Create customer notifications for price increases, price decreases, new products, NDC changes and product removal.
Review, approve, and execute customer pricing strategies and rebate structures.
Monitor pricing based on competition, market share, utilization, costs and putting forward recommendation for price adjustments where warranted.
Analyze historical sales trends, IQVIA prescription trends, market intelligence, and other pertinent information to formulate and analyze pricing strategies.
Manage the contract administration, loading pricing and setting up new contracts in SAP/Vistex system. Monitor all pricing is getting loaded on the correct effective date, ensure we are not back dating pricing.
