ITW Food Equipment Group LLC designs and manufactures commercial food equipment for food service and retail customers through its subsidiaries. The company’s products include ware washing equipment; cooking equipment, including ovens, ranges, and broilers; refrigeration equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, and prep tables; food processing equipment, including slicers, mixers, and scales; and kitchen exhaust, ventilation, and pollution control systems. SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions aligned to current and future business needs. This role provides day-to-day leadership and execution across all phases of the hiring lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding. The position partners closely with business leaders and Human Resources partners to attract, assess, and select top talent while ensuring consistent, compliant, and scalable recruiting practices. This role is also designed to build broader HR and business capability over time, serving as a potential development pathway into an HR Business Partner or broader HR leadership role as scope, capability, and business needs evolve.

The major responsibilities of this role include:
· ATTRACTS TOP TALENT: Identifies, attracts, and selects high quality talent aligned with business priorities and organizational values. Develops sourcing and assessment strategies that strengthen talent pipelines and support workforce diversity. Serves as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on selection decisions and talent tradeoffs.
· DRIVES RESULTS: Consistently achieves recruiting outcomes by setting clear goals, tracking progress, and holding self and others accountable. Balances speed, quality, and compliance while meeting hiring commitments. Uses metrics and data to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve talent acquisition results.
· CUSTOMER FOCUS: Builds strong relationships with hiring leaders and HR partners by understanding their business needs, expectations, and talent challenges. Delivers a positive and consistent experience for both candidates and internal customers. Anticipates needs and adjusts recruiting strategies to improve satisfaction, effectiveness, and outcomes.
· MANAGE AMBIGUITY: Operates effectively in a fast paced and changing environment where priorities may shift. Navigates incomplete or evolving information with confidence and sound judgment. Helps stakeholders move forward despite uncertainty while maintaining standards and consistency.

Education and Work Experience
· Bachelor's Degree
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
