Business development of a customer park within a given geographical area. The Sales Representative is the figure responsible for ensuring the development of our business and brands in the POS for local leading and mainstream clients and also meeting the objectives of NSV profitability and volume.
Role Responsibilities
Product & Company Knowledge:
Know the company's brands, consumer trends.
Product training and consulting.
Demonstrate and promote the observable behaviours defined for their business role, complying with the company's standards in terms of code of ethics, health, safety, information processing and protection, computer equipment, and company policies and codes
Planning & Visits:
Attend to the Clients in route through face-to-face visits to the POS.
Prospecting to maintain the best customer base.
Focus on the consumer supported by our customers.
Have all clients routed.
Prepare the specific objectives of the visit.
Negotiation of agreements.
Guarantee the achievement of assigned objectives of volume and profitability and brand building through hospitality agreements, always meeting criteria established in the type of customers.
Promote the necessary brands in accordance with the company's strategy, as well as the product range and referencing in general, attending to the mandatory, recommended and optional assortment of each customer.
Weight of the preparation of these agreements: review of information from 2 previous years, profitability, achievements in activations, actions carried out in the past.
Management of commercial contracts with its customer fleet.
Monthly follow-up of the agreement with order taking (focus on low-turnover products), monitoring of activations and visibility, compensation for the agreement.
Take the order of the references of the portfolio.
Give importance to the monitoring of Strategic references according to segmentation and territory.
Activate the point of sale
Identification and assessment of POS to be activated with the supervisor.
Activation of POS with supervisor support
Match the level of investment to the client's value/potential.
Introduction of the Priority and Recommended Portfolio
Maintaining Visibility Actions
General Tasks:
Training in brands, tools, market knowledge
Resolve incidents in the POS that are immediate.
Communicate to the corresponding department any incidents in the Client that cannot be resolved now: errors in invoices, orders, etc.
Identify the practices that are being conducted in the market: promotions, commercial and distribution model, trends in the sector.

Qualifications
Must be based in Ibiza or willing to relocate to Ibiza
English proficiency is required
Valuable college degree in business/strategy/management
Valuable product knowledge
Experience in FMCG companies, preferably in the hospitality sector.
