Onboarding
- Design, deliver and continuously improve Americas Regional Onboarding Program in tight collaboration with Business Leaders and PX Business Partners. Support necessary customization based on target group
Learning & Development
With a main focus on Leadership Development and mandatory trainings;
- Being a role model for Volvo Cars Leadership and Culture in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure global leadership programs and mandatory training are delivered to a high standard across the region. When necessary, customize to the local target group always based on business needs.
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve prioritized regional learning and development programs aligned to business priorities and measured through clear KPIs.
- Engage, advise, and guide learners and evaluate the achievement of intended learning outcomes
- Plan for and document training events including course enrollments and completion
- Stay up to date on trends and tools in relevant areas
- Create and run management team development workshops catered to individual team needs, assessments results, and development centers
- Project lead learning & development initiatives
