As Lead Construction Supervisor CSA (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex EPC projects in the field of Data Center Construction with a focus on CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural).
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the on-time, high-quality and cost-efficient execution of CSA works within large-scale data center projects
- Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, site teams and all project stakeholders on site
- Monitoring construction progress as well as conducting site inspections, quality checks and acceptance procedures
- Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, building codes and project-specific standards
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, authorities and design teams throughout all project phases
- Managing defect tracking, documentation and supporting commissioning and project handover activities
Show your expertise
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in construction management or site supervision of large-scale projects, ideally within data center or industrial construction
- Strong CSA background as well as experience leading project teams and subcontractors
- Excellent knowledge of relevant construction regulations, standards and safety requirements
- Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and work on project sites as required
- Very good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level) and a valid driver’s license class B
