Management of sub-projects and measures within the field of facility management, particularly in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HVAC) Oversight and maintenance of the building management system controls on site Requesting and coordinating the implementation of demand-driven adjustments and reprogramming of the controls Support with the visualisation of building automation and connection to the central building management control room Troubleshooting, including handling of measures and management of external contractors Data backup and technical documentation Coordination of external service providers for various trades Collaboration within the Facility Management team on projects and day-to-day operations
