The Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) is seeking an energetic and mission-driven Quality Management Reviewer to help shape and strengthen the future of developmental disability services statewide.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is not your typical desk job. In this role, you’ll engage with individuals, families, providers, community organizations, and state agencies to ensure developmental disability services are responsive, effective, and person-centered.
You will:
- Lead quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives that drive meaningful change
- Monitor developmental disability services for children and adults across Vermont
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to community providers and partner organizations
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, strengthen accountability, and enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support innovative, high-quality services
- Analyze findings, prepare reports, and recommend solutions that improve outcomes statewide
- Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting best practices
