Perform changes on existing BoM master data, in our SAP ERP System
Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions with respect to repair and assembly BOMs
Implement Cost Reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards
Create and maintain process and procedure descriptions/instructions
Create drawings for smaller tools and perform strength analysis on larger support tools
This also includes creation of tools manuals or CE documentation VT numbers and RWIs
Give Support to our repair facilities across the world and assist in various repair development projects
Preparation of documentation for knowledge transfers
Develop best practices to improve production quality, capacity, and reliability
Mentors and trains junior and mid-level team members
Leads initiatives, projects, or workstreams independently
Supports master data-related system implementations and migrations, manages change requests and impact assessments, and ensures smooth transition during business or system changes
