Lead and develop the local Poland payroll team, providing direct leadership in an environment with frequent operational changes and complexity
Manage payroll complexities linked to new factory operations, including shift work, overtime, allowances, bonuses, union agreements, and production‑related pay elements
Ensure full compliance with Polish payroll legislation, including ZUS, PIT, statutory reporting, audits, and employment law requirements
Act as the primary escalation point for payroll issues, deep‑diving operationally to resolve problems quickly and avoid business disruption
Partner closely with the NCE Payroll Director, HR, Finance, Legal, vendors, and local management to support workforce growth, organizational change, and business expansion
Support payroll transformation and governance, including system and process improvements, audit readiness, effective controls, KPI monitoring, and continuous service improvement
