Job Description
- Enable and manage the success of the project team
- Assure all solutions are integrated and aligned toward meeting client objectives
- Communicate routinely and effectively to delivery team, and the overall project team
- Assure the project team delivers to the client’s adaptation of the centerline, across all parts of the client organization
- Deliver performance-related feedback to individual consultants, including areas for improvement and recognition for positive contributions
- Escalate project related consultant success stories and guidance feedback to appropriate management levels
