Pay: $20-23/hr

Summary:
The Painter / Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel�s appearance and basic upkeep. This includes painting, drywall repair, wallpaper/vinyl work, furniture touch-ups, and general preventative maintenance across guest rooms and public areas. The role supports the Engineering team and helps ensure the property stays clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
- 6+ months maintenance experience (2+ years preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Ability to paint, patch drywall, and perform cosmetic repairs
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical work (standing, climbing ladders, bending)
- Must be comfortable working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions
