Job Description

 Postgraduate degree (preferably Pharma, Life sciences) with a specialization in Packaging Technology or a related field with 4-6 years of experience in the field.

Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) and its application in packaging operations. Hands on experience in validating technical dossiers and specifications, sustainability related certifications including identification of required evidence to verify packaging components.

Proven ability to drive innovation, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement in packaging solutions. Solid foundation in materials science, design principles, and project management, with the ability to apply these skills across packaging development activities.People Related: 

Efficiency –Critically evaluate information and organize data for analysis and maintain data records Accuracy - Ability to assess validity of sources, accuracy of information gathered, data gaps if any and steps to plug in the data gaps Presentation of reports – Good scientific writing with well- structured and formatted content, correct usage of English language, usage of right templates and audience-appropriate representations.

Qualifications

• Respiratory/Pain/Digestive Health/Skin Health/Wellness: Bachelor's and Master’s in Pharmaceuticals/PhD with relevant post-qualification experience in the scientific and business research space
