leading and developing the Business Partner community, including performance follow-up and capability building
driving a clear structure for communication and collaboration across Denmark and globally
ensuring rollout, adoption and follow-up on PEOPLE tools, processes and initiatives
acting as the link between business needs and PEOPLE priorities and adjusting the setup based on feedback and results.
