Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with significant insurance industry experience
Ideally over 7 years underwriting, broking or strategy related experience
In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance business, products, and customer & distribution dynamics.
Experience in servicing multinational / complex accounts with large / key brokers a key advantage
Strong executive presence, with the proven ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally, including at the C-level
Experience in pipeline management and new business development, with an emphasis on analytics and data
Experience in engaging with the local market as well as act as a liaison for business from across Greater China, preferably from an underwriting / broking / strategy background
Strategic growth mindset with a focus on delivery and execution
Strong relationship management, people skills, and solution-oriented approach
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent communication & presentation skills, collaboration skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity and manage change
Experience working in an international, multi-cultural environment
Proficient in MS Office Application including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
