Job Description
You’ll join Spotify’s Trust & Safety team based in New York. This team plays a critical role in protecting our users, creators, and platform by working across policy, operations, legal, and product to address complex safety challenges. In this role, you’ll act as a key operational partner to senior leadership—supporting high-impact work that often involves sensitive topics, fast decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.

In this role, you’ll act as a key operational partner to senior leadership—supporting high-impact work that often involves sensitive topics, fast decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
The United States base range for this position is $92,933–132,762 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
