Our Business Solutioning segment provides broad-based client solutions to a wide spectrum of small, medium, and large enterprises. Our support extends across various sectors, providing our clients with deep sector knowledge and solutioning expertise. Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide financial, analytical, and modelling support across multiple portfolios, contributing to sound decision‑making. 
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to assess product performance, profitability, pricing impacts, cost drivers, and long‑term value across assigned portfolios. 
  • Perform detailed product economics analysis, including revenue, margin, volume, and cost trends, to support strategic and operational business requirements. 
  • Support portfolios by delivering timely, accurate analysis and insights, ensuring adequate coverage despite resource constraints within the team. 
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, portfolio changes, and investment decisions. 
  • Provide management reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting key financial outcomes, risks, and opportunities. 
  • Support pricing reviews and optimisation initiatives through robust financial and sensitivity analysis. 
  • Collaborate closely with product, finance, risk, and business teams to ensure product performance aligns with financial objectives. 
  • Contribute to budgeting, planning, and performance tracking processes for portfolios. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all financial and analytical outputs. 
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process efficiencies and analytical improvements to manage workload effectively within a constrained resourcing environment. 
  • Provide continuity and resilience within the team by ensuring well-documented models, analyses, and reporting, mitigating the impact of resource capacity and availability challenges. 
  • Build a deep understanding of the product landscape and portfolio dynamics, strengthening analytical support as portfolios continue to scale and contribute materially to financials. 

Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification (recently completed or completing in 2026): 

  • Product Economics
  • Finance
  • Business

Postgraduate to be completed by 31 December 2026. 

Additional Information

Minimum requirements: 

  • Must be a South African citizen. 
  • Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months.
  • Matric certificate to be submitted with application. 
  • Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. 

Programme duration: 12 months
