Teamleitung (d/m/w) Optical High Volume AIT

Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Teamleitung „High Volume OCT“ mit Zuweisung von Arbeiten innerhalb des Aufgabengebietes und damit verbundener Personaleinsatzplanung

• Planung und Kontrolle der notwendigen Ressourcen

• Verantwortlich für die FAL (Final Assembly Line), Aufbau und Durchführung von Tests an optischen Terminals in Serienfertigung

• Sicherstellung termingerechter und wirtschaftlicher Auftragsdurchführungen

• Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Eliminierung nicht wertschöpfender Tätigkeiten

• Optimierung der FAL in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Durchlaufzeit

• Motivation und Förderung von Mitarbeitern

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium

• Erfahrung in der Prüfung von optischen Baugruppen und Systemen ist wünschenswert

• Erfahrung im Führen von Teams ist von Vorteil

• Hohes Engagement und Flexibilität sowie zuverlässiges und selbständiges Arbeiten

• Kommunikationsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern

• Verbindliches Auftreten in Verbindung mit hoher Stressresilienz und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie hohes Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
