How You’ll Spend Your Day
1. Solution Ownership & Implementation Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned procurement digital solutions, from requirements and solution design through build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and optimization.
- Lead detailed process design and fit-gap workshops with Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure predictable, on-time delivery.
- Coordinate cutover readiness including data migration, integrations readiness, training, communications, and support model setup.
- Ensure smooth transition into steady-state operations and continuous improvement cycles.
2. Requirements, Backlog & Change Governance
- Translate business needs into structured requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and manage the solution backlog, prioritizing enhancements and fixes in line with business value and roadmap direction.
- Run a structured change request and release governance process, ensuring traceability, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Lead UAT planning and execution, coordinating defect resolution and formal business sign-off.
3. Data, Integrations & Compliance-by-Design
- Ensure high-quality, end-to-end data flows across procurement platforms (e.g. supplier, contract, pricing, transactional data).
- Execute implementations in line with the integrated procurement technology landscape defined by the Director.
- Ensure solutions remain aligned with ERP strategy (SAP ECC today and future S/4HANA implications) and broader procurement digital architecture.
- Partner closely with IT on integrations, security, and system performance using standardized and governed interfaces.
- Embed procurement policies, approvals, segregation of duties, and audit trails within digital workflows.
- Ensure information security, privacy, and regulatory requirements are met hroughout the solution lifecycle.
4. Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage day-to-day delivery with software vendors and implementation partners.
- Track vendor performance against delivery, quality, stability, and adoption KPIs.
- Drive issue resolution and corrective actions while ensuring alignment with Teva standards and roadmap direction.
5. Adoption, Enablement & Value Realization
- Drive stakeholder readiness, training materials, and user enablement to support adoption at scale.
- Monitor post go-live performance, adoption, and stability metrics.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities based on user feedback, operational data, and business priorities.
