How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Lead and support cross‑franchise strategic commercial projects (G2N optimization, GTM redesign, capital allocation, tender strategy, etc.) in alignment with the priorities defined by the Gx Franchise leadership team.
• Lead business and strategic review preparation for the Gx Franchise, consolidating insights and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Develop high-quality, executive ready presentations and strategic narratives
• Synthesize complex data and insights into clear recommendations and decision options
• Engage stakeholders across the EU region to validate inputs and ensure alignment
• Create frameworks, templates, and structured ways of working that elevate strategic rigor across the EU Gx franchise and support consistent execution of Gx Franchise priorities
